Az egyfelvonásos táncdráma egy puzzle-szerűen szerkesztett mű a világhírű író, Franz Kafka alakjáról, munkásságáról.

„A táncszínházi mű megalkotásával nem egy bizonyos kafkai mű tárgyalása volt a célom, hanem az író ismert vagy kevésbé ismert műveiből „videoklip-szerűen” szerkesztett dramaturgiával a kafkai világlátást kívántam egy eredeti hangvételű balett által úgy megfogalmazni, amiként azt én látom. Szándékom szerint olyan táncművet kívánok létrehozni, amelynek dramaturgiáját mintha Kafka szerkesztette volna, és az író maga koreografálta volna a balettet” – mondta a darabról a rendező-koreográfus.

táncszínházi est két felvonásban

A Homokrajzok című táncszínházi estben három egyfelvonásos kortárs balettet láthat a táncot kedvelő közönség. Az első, az Eltűnőben címet viselő költői hangvételű táncmű az emberi kapcsolatok törékenységéről, sérülékenységéről szól. A Kristian Ole Tangen norvég koreográfus által nyolc táncművészre komponált darab lesz az első olyan mű a Székesfehérvári Balett Színház repertoárján, amelyet vendég koreográfus készít a társulat számára. A második, az est címadó darabja, a Homokrajzok, amelyet Egerházi Attila rendez és koreografál, költői képet rajzol az elmúlásról, miközben a táncosi lét tiszavirág életű mivoltáról szól. Az estet záró harmadik balett, a Félhomály félelmeinkről és a démonjainkkal vívott harcról szól.

Romeo and Juliet

Who wouldn’t be familiar with love and with Shakespeare’s drama about love, the Romeo and Juliet? Eternal principles, human relationships and the widest range of emotions are revealed in this story of affection that has arisen between the children of the two hostile Verona families. One of the most popular songs of this tragedy is Prokofiev’s ballet, written in 1936.

„Sergei Prokofiev’s monumental, and dramatic ballet music inspired many choreographers as well as me. My goal was to create a contemporary ballet, or more precisely a dance theater, which does not illustrate either the work written by Shakespeare or the music of Prokofiev, but recreates and visualizes the imagery embedded in music through a unique form of language” – said the director-choreographer.

For Attila Egerházi, Romeo and Juliet is basically a drama of love, fear and elevation but it is also about the feeling of being unappreciated. It’s about what human frailty really means and –of course- one of the strongest manifestations of human distress: hatred.

The Nutcracker

What makes a holiday a holiday? What brings colors, warmth to our gray and cold everyday lives? The possible answers to these questions are being sought and found to be answered by Attila Egerházi the award-winning director of the institution who focused on this new performance by having Tchaikovsky‘s eternal melodies in it but refraining from making the classical ballet version.

The Stahlbaum family lives in an average gray block of flats, arriving here at Christmas night the unique figure, uncle Drosselmeyer, who brings humor, love, and magic to the household. When the family goes to sleep, miracles –known from the Hoffmann’s tale – happen: the Nutcracker comes to life, such as the different fairy-tale characters, and there is an action, in which Marika, the protagonist finds himself in a fairytale world, on the side of Prince Nutcracker in the end. Following the dance of the snowflakes, the couple reaches the crystal palace, where they receive dazzling celebrations, spectacular Spanish, Chinese, Oriental and Russian dances, and they dance the famously known part of the piece, the Rose Waltz.

Nutcracker ballet suite

The Nutcracker is an evergreen ballet known by almost everyone, which at Christmas time brings so much love into theaters and fills the hearts and souls with warmth.

Based on the ballet, Nutcracker – from the Royal Ballet Fehérvár –, a ballet suite titled ‘In a Nutshell’, has been created which tells Marika’s dream of the Nutcracker doll, the monster, the Prince of Nutcracker and Princess Mary in a nutshell.

It is a dance theater work, or rather a family ballet which can give a message for people of all ages.

Bolero

contemporary dance in three acts

This contemporary dance is the first triple build performance of the group. The acts are not inextricably connected with each other: in the case of triple builds, we are not talking about a story built on each other, but rather performances on their own that are separated by pauses.

The first act’s opening etude, Blablabla makes us laughs on ourselves, and on our everyday problems. The second piece of the act, Aquarell Rainbow invokes a bittersweet mood, and the final part, Kisses is a cheerful ‘dance-puzzle’. The second act shows the so-called Closed Curtains, in which at a certain point the curtain rises, and it allows us to gaze in wonder at an unknown or maybe familiar world –probably our inner world- with the help of numerous actors. In the final act, the piece Lipstick transforms the well-known melody in Bolero (Ravel) into dance, and with rising tempo and energy reaches its peak towards the end. The choreographer for most productions is Attila Egerházi, the director of Royal Ballet Fehérvár.
